Xingda Company has a factory building area of 10000 square meters and a production area of 9000 square meters. The newly-built factory covers an area of 50 mu and a construction area of 20000 square meters (to be completed by the end of 2020). It now has more than 100 sets of various production and testing equipment, most of which are numerical control machine tools, machining centers and computer program-controlled testing equipment. It also has a gas nitriding production line, an electric nitrogen spring production line for automobile tailgate and a nitrogen spring production line for mold, it has an annual production capacity of 300000 mold-specific nitrogen springs and 400000 sets of electric nitrogen springs for automobile tailgates. There are more than 120 employees, including 11 with senior or above technical titles, 23 with intermediate or above technical titles, and 45 with college education. It has a team of high-quality engineering and technical personnel and skilled technicians.

And in cooperation with Hunan University, a nitrogen spring research and development center has been established to model and intelligently study the dynamic conditions of mold-specific nitrogen spring force-displacement change, electric nitrogen spring automobile tailgate opening system, torque-displacement change. It is a domestic nitrogen spring manufacturer with complete types, complete varieties and specifications and first-class technology to provide research and chemical services for specific products required by customers. At present, Xingda Company's products have been matched with large automobile enterprises such as FAW Mould, Dongfeng Motor, Geely Motor, Great Wall Motor, GAC, BYD, etc. It is a "Samsung" standard mold supporting enterprise for Great Wall Motor Seiko Mould.
